Article 1 - Definitions The following definitions apply:

"Website" refers to the website "innoviblocks.com" and all its pages. "Products" or "Services" refer to all items (goods) and services offered for purchase or subscription on the website. "Provider" refers to the legal entity or individual representing InnoviBlocks and offering its products or services on the website. "Customer" refers to the user of the website, whether an individual or a business, purchasing products or services. "Consumer" under consumer protection law refers to "any natural person acting outside their commercial, business, or professional activity."

Visitors interested in the provider's products or services are advised to carefully read, print, and/or store these terms and conditions on a durable medium before placing an order. By placing an order on the website, the customer confirms that they have read and fully agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 2 - Applicability of Terms and Purpose of the Website The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by publishing a new version on the website. The applicable terms are those in effect on the day of the order.

The website is freely accessible to all users. Purchasing a product or service requires full acceptance of these terms and conditions. After confirming the cart, the customer must complete an order form with personal details for processing. Payment is required to finalize the order. A confirmation email with order details is sent after payment completion.

Article 5 - Prices and Payment Terms Prices are displayed in EUR, including VAT and excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal using secure payment systems.

Article 6 - Delivery Shipping costs are displayed before payment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather or postal delays. International deliveries may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal Customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of the product. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after receiving the returned item.

Article 8 - Product Warranty Products are covered by statutory warranties for conformity and hidden defects. Customers may request repair, replacement, or a refund under consumer protection laws.

Warranty The warranty is limited to 30 days under normal usage conditions, excluding defects caused by external factors. Defective parts will be replaced under these terms.
